The Central Securities Depository – Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) – and its subsidiary DCV Registros wishes to inform you that the Chilean Congress has recently passed a bill making Monday, June 21, 2021, an inalienable public holiday. Therefore, the offices of DCV will remain closed.
As a result, some issuers may be subject to adjustments on their record dates for this month’s dividend payment since Monday, June 21, will be considered as an additional public holiday.
We would also like to inform you that:
- The instruments subject to maturity will be reported for payment on the next business day
- The amounts associated with payments will not be affected
- Maturity and payment reports will be merged
