Dear depositors,
The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and its affiliate DCV Registros inform that, given the recently enacted bank holiday on May 15th and 16th, 2021, published in the Official Gazette by Law No. 21,341, some issuers could experience adjustments in their closure of operations for the payment of this month’s dividend given that an additional day – Saturday, May 15th -, is considered as a bank holiday.
