Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators, as well as the Transactions Settlement and Payment Addendum, have their signature pending. This process was expected to be completed by December 31, 2024.
We reiterate the urgency for these documents to be signed as soon as possible so that the contract and the annex are the latest versions approved by the Financial Market Commission.
