Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators and the “Transactions Settlement and Payment Addendum” have their signature pending, and this process should have been completed on December 31, 2023, as informed in the newsletter of November 07, 2023.
Considering that the initial deadline was met, we reiterate that it is urgent to regularize this requirement. Please check the progress status of the signature of the required documents with your DCV business executive so that the contract and the annex are approved by the Financial Market Commission.
