DCV reminds depositors of the importance of providing accurate and updated information of your clients.

Dear Depositors,

In compliance with the Regulations of a General Nature (NCG) 223, dated August 22nd, 2008, DCV reiterates to its depositors that they must make available the information of their clients to the depository and custody entities for the correct identification of their individual accounts, in order to comply with the obligation stated in the regulations indicated above.


The data that is required from the client includes the following: name and surname, address, and email of the client. All this information must be registered and updated at least every 6 months by the respective entity in the DCV Web interface, Clients module → Client option.


DCV uses this information to send the statements of accounts with the balances and movements maintained in the respective accounts (of third parties) under its administration. Therefore, it is essential to have this information correctly registered and duly updated.


The foregoing, in addition to what is already communicated in the quarterly email that DCV sends regarding erroneous email data from your clients requesting their correction.
