Dear Participants,
Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs you that according to General Standard (NGC) 223 of August 22, 2008, DCV reminds its depositors that they must provide their investors’ information to depository and custody entities for the proper set up of their segregated account, to meet with the obligations of the legal regulation.
The required information includes the investors’ names, last names, addresses, and email addresses. All this information must be recorded and updated by their entity, at least every six months, in the DCV Evolution platform, Accounts and Investors module → Investors option.
DCV uses this information to send the statements with the balances and movements of the corresponding nominee accounts under their administration. Due to this, that information needs to be properly recorded and updated.
The above must be considered in addition to what was informed in the email sent quarterly by DCV regarding the incorrect email addresses of their investors, where it is requested to amend any incorrect information.
