Dear Participants,

In the context of our strategy for technological modernization, business continuity, and operational resilience, we inform you that on August 23, we conducted a validation exercise with clients to access productive services from the disaster recovery site (SRAD).

This exercise is part of the testing plan that DCV is implementing to activate our third site, serving the entire capital market.

On this occasion, with the participation of more than 80 depositor companies and over 140 operators, the objectives defined for this test were successfully met. Therefore, in the coming weeks, we will report on the activities and work plans for the operation at the SRAD site, which are estimated to span the last four months of 2025.

At DCV, we are committed to delivering the highest technical, business continuity, resilience, and disaster recovery standards for the company’s critical services. We thank all the people who dedicated valuable time to this exercise and invite all depositors who were unable to attend the tests to be attentive to future communications, whose participation is fundamental to ensure a correct operation.
