Shareholders have two payment alternatives:

1. Option 1: payment in Chilean pesos (CLP)
   Deposit or transfer the total amount to the following account:

2. Option 2: payment in U.S. dollars (USD)
   The amount to be paid in USD is obtained by converting the price of the option in CLP, considering the observed dollar price of the day of payment (published by the Central Bank of Chile), according to the following formula: USD to be paid = 20 / exchange rate (observed dollar) x Number of options to be subscribed. No decimal restriction.
