The Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that the Commission for the Financial Market by means of Exempt Resolution No. 3441 dated July 22nd, 2020, canceled the bond lines, No. 694, and No. 924, of AD Retail S.A. at the request of the company. In turn, the Santiago Stock Exchange on Thursday, July 23rd, 2020, proceeded to cancel the registration of the bond series BADRT-A, BADRT-B, BADRT-C, BADRT-D, BADRT-E and BADRT-F issued by AD Retail S.A.
