Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) – Financial Market Commission, through Exempt Resolution 1193 of January 26, 2024, canceled the registration of the shares of “Sipsa S.A.” (SIPSA) corporation, Taxpayer ID number 96.516.150-3, in the Securities Register at the request of the company itself.
Similarly, on January 29, 2024, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the corporation’s registration.
According to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), Depositors with holdings in Sipsa S.A. (SIPSA) must withdraw those securities within 30 days of this communication.
