Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs its participants that in the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Inmobiliaria Club de Campo S.A. under liquidation, held on February 1, 2019, the corporation’s closing balance sheet approval was agreed. In the same year, a request to cancel the corporation in the securities register was submitted to the CMF.
In the mentioned Shareholders’ Meeting, the signature of the special non-remunerated mandate entered into by and between Inmobiliaria Club de Campo S.A. under liquidation and Junta Nacional de Bomberos de Chile for the administration of the corporation’s shareholders’ register, payment of dividends, capital returns from the sale of shares of deceased shareholders to shareholders, heirs or legatees who claim them within the 5-year period available to them and pay them in accordance with the law was approved. Such administration shall not exceed April 1, 2024.
According to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), the Depositors who have holdings in Club de Campo S.A. under liquidation (CLUBCAMPO) must withdraw those securities within 30 days from this communication.
