Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs its participants that the Financial Market Commission, through Exempt Resolution No. 4319 of May 10, 2024, canceled the registration of the shares (series A “HF-A” and series B “HF-B”) of Hortifrut S.A., taxpayer ID number 96.896.990-0, in the Securities Register at the company’s request.
Similarly, on May 13, 2024, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the registration of the mentioned corporation.
According to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), the depositors with holdings in Hortifrut S.A. (series A “HF-A” and series B “HF-B”) must withdraw those securities within 30 days from this communication.
