Dear Depositors,
In relation to the custody service for the Foreign Securities Market and, according to what was communicated in circular N° 323 dated June 21st, 2019, the potential tax benefits for 2020 on the LQD (ISIN US4642872422) and HYG instruments (ISIN US4642885135) cannot be managed by DCV, in accordance with the information provided by Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V. (which is the entity where said instruments are custodied).
The steps taken by DCV included meetings with the issuer (BlackRock). Euroclear will work on the implementation of a formal process for the tax year of 2021.
