BANMEDICA SPA Rights Offering

Dear Stockbrokers,

DCV Registros informs you that the Rights Offering process of BANMEDICA SPA began on August 26, 2025, and will end on September 25, 2025.

The following are the main characteristics of the event:

• Form of payment: Payment will be made in cash, bank sight draft, wire transfer, or any other instrument or instruments payable at sight when subscribing the shares.
• Place of subscription: Offices of DCV Registros S.A., located at Avda. Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 24, Providencia, Santiago, or via email at [email protected], attaching the transfer voucher provided below.
• Shares to be issued: It was agreed to increase the capital of the Corporation in $47,000,000,000 through the issuance of 148,132,933 cash shares of one single series and without nominal value.
• Factor: Shareholders will be entitled to subscribe 0.063466906953597 new shares for each share that they have registered in the Shareholders’ Register by August 20, 2025.
• Price per share: $317.28 per share.
• Considerations: The Options to be subscribed (shares) must be withdrawn from DCV accounts. Please remember to provide the corresponding withdrawal forms.

Since the Company is a closed stock corporation, the options may not be deposited and must be subscribed directly in the issuer’s shareholders’ registry.
