Dear Depositors,
The Depósito Central de Valores informs that next Monday, April 20th, 2020, it will operate in a special way at Paseo Huérfanos 770, floor -1, Downtown Santiago, where its vault is located.
Effectively, on April 20th, the customer service will operate between 10:30 and 13:00, upon prior appointment and exclusively for the following procedures:
- Deposits and withdrawals of recognition bonds Capredena and Dipreca (AFPs)
- Deposits and withdrawals of fixed-term deposits (Physical DPFs)
In order to speed up processing and the quality of the customer service, the prior appointment is required. This can be done by sending an email to custodia_[email protected] where your request will be received, and it will confirm the assigned time within the operating times of the hours of attention.
As of Wednesday, April 22nd, and thereafter, every Wednesday, the documents associated with the aforementioned procedures, including those associated with mining guarantees, will be received or delivered at DCV’s offices located at Paseo Huérfanos 770, floor -1 from 14:30 to 17:00 hours.
Any modification in relation to this way of operating will be informed it in a timely manner, according to the new information provided by the health authority.
