DCV Registros S.A. informs you that, with our commitment to improving our clients’ experience and making our internal support processes more efficient, we have updated the delivery of SR (Shareholders’ Register) and TR (Transactions) reports currently delivered on a daily and monthly basis to the email addresses informed by each Issuer, which will start being delivered from [email protected] first thing in the morning of the business day after the register’s closure.
Given the above, please check that your corresponding department validates our email address to avoid it being considered spam. As a security measure, the reports will be encrypted for reading and password-protected, and this password will be informed accordingly.
