Banco Santander Chile announced that, as of Monday, February 2, its shareholder registry will be managed by DCV Registros S.A., a subsidiary of the Central Securities Depository (DCV).

The decision was also made at the bank’s last shareholders’ meeting and in a letter sent to its shareholders. Furthermore, relevant information about this change is available in the shareholders’ section of Banco Santander Chile’s website, as well as on DCV Registros’ official channels.

With this step, DCV Registros adds Banco Santander Chile to its client portfolio, thus completing the administration of the registry of commercial banks established in the national market and reinforcing its role as a provider of specialized services for the Chilean capital market.

DCV Registros is the DCV subsidiary responsible for managing shareholders and contributor records. The company offers services with high standards of security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, as well as the infrastructure and experience of DCV, a key player in the national financial system.
