Depósito Central de Valores informs depositors that the Santiago Stock Exchange executed the cancellation of “Indalum S.A. (INDALUM)” registration on January 11, 2012 as a result of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance cancelling the registration of the aforementioned company and its shares in the Securities Registry through exempt resolution N°014 of January 10, 2012 upon request of the company.    

According to the provisions set forth in DCV’s Internal Regulation (Number 6.1.3), depositors who hold share positions issued by “Indalum S.A. (INDALUM)” shall proceed to withdraw said securities from DCV within 30 days from the date of this notice.
