We inform the Shareholders that on January 3, 2012, the Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, canceled the registration of the corporation “Fondo de Inversión Brasil Renta Variable”, in consideration that the company Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A., advised that the aforementioned fund complied with the duration deadline on December 3, 2011, and as of January 3, started to pay and deliver to the contributors of the product of the fund settlement.

In accordance with the dispositions of the Internal Rules of DCV (Section 6.1.3) those depositors who hold share positions issued by Fondo de Inversión Brasil Renta Variable of Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A., as of this communication, should withdraw the mentioned securities within 30 days,.
