New shareholders and participants registry service 

1. Allows issuers to comply with the Circular with regard to shareholder, representative and beneficiary databases, verifying possible matches of this data to information contained in the lists defined in Circular N°700 in relation to sanctions against Al-Qaida and the Taliban, maintained and provided by the UN.
2. Generation of markings in the Shareholders Registry Administration System (SARA) in order to allow  compliance with the defined actions in the event of a match.
3. Preparation and delivery of a report to the SVS, and filing of the formalities relating to the compliance with this regulation.
4. Monthly processing with the closing of the Shareholders or Contributors Registry, and/or each time the UN tables are updated.
